The Story

Strength has always been the constant

My passion for strength training and fitness started in childhood — growing up obsessed with movement and competing in American football, soccer, tennis, cross country, and, most importantly, track and field. Through all of it, recreational strength training was the constant.

I also know what it's like to come back from injuries again and again. That experience shaped both my resilience and my coaching philosophy: progress is built by training smart, respecting the tissue, and showing up when it's hard.

As a biomedical engineer, pursuing a career in orthopedic specialty, and longtime personal trainer, I've spent years mastering the science behind strength — tissue adaptation, biomechanics, and injury prevention. I stay at the forefront of training research and modalities so the coaching I deliver is both effective and cutting-edge.
